The masks are fine, but I regret that you send them with a signature because it forces the customer to go to the post office, which I absolutely wanted to avoid when ordering online! and therefore did not take delivery of my order on the initially scheduled date.
I called your store to postpone my order from early April and received your
consent for which I thank you. So, why did I receive a message informing me that since I could not take possession of my order, it has been canceled and will not be refunded?
There is evidently a lack of coordination in the management of your orders.

I confirm to you, as indicated in the email that was sent to you on December 11, that the refund has indeed been made. If it still does not appear on your bank account, it should arrive in the coming days. All canceled orders were refunded during the year 2020 and will also be in 2021.
To guarantee the availability of the linen and for any date changes of several months, we recommend canceling and placing a new order for the new dates.
