Overall, consistent reliability, comfortable and practical products, and timely delivery emerge as the strongest strengths.
Dear Sir or Madam, The box that contained my order was greasy inside. It would have been the same if this box had partially soaked in oil. I hope this did not damage the blood pressure monitor! For now, it works perfectly. Best regards, Gérard JOUQUANT

Very good and attractive in terms of prices. The only downside in my case was that I thought the ordered items were delivered in 4 pieces and not 2

Everything is perfect, quality-price ratio perfect. If I gave one star, it's because you work with verified reviews which is really not a reference, as they do not publish defamatory reviews for sites that deserve to be poorly rated.

Following my order made at the end of May, I realize that the product sent to me did not come from the company Electrostimulateur.ch in Switzerland as expected but from a company located in France. I contact Electrostimulateur.ch about this and mention that the status of my order remains in delivery. I legitimately explain the problem by saying that I cannot be subject to their shipping fee because the product did not go from Switzerland to France but from France to France, it is not PostPac international that handled the shipment but simply Colissimo France metropolitan which does not respect at all what is stated on the site. I am therefore paying an unjustified surcharge for shipping costs. I am legitimately asking questions to

Hello, I am extremely happy with this device, the delivery was very fast, however, the package was left in front of my door all weekend, I could have had it stolen at any moment. At the price of this device, I find this negligence worth mentioning.

Fast delivery to France. Great promotion on the Compex SP8 WOD!! The site is very clear, complete, and well documented. The 5th star is not far just for an item not available upon receipt. The positive point is that the refund is immediate. I highly recommend this merchant site!
