Expensive and in a very low concentration, it is diluted to a very low percentage which forces you to use more quantity for the actual use it has to be given.

It is a calcium chloride in a 33% solution as indicated in the product description. It is the most used in cheesemaking. If you were looking for a higher concentration or it is for other uses, you probably bought the wrong product.

Client for several years. Service disrupted by the relocation of your delivery point from Antibes to Vallauris without any notice... (more costly for the provider who drops off and picks up the linen). Correct welcome by the local team. Incomplete delivery (no towels) noted once. Promise of credit note not followed by your administration. The biggest challenge is the distance from your distribution point. First years, delivery to Tourrettes s/ Loup, then pickup in Antibes, this year pickup in Vallauris... (soon even further?).

Good soy sauce. A bit expensive but I use it a lot for oriental dishes but also in stews even if they are not oriental food. I even add it to the balsamic vinaigrette. It's a bit pricey but it's good.

I have been using this yeast for over 10 years and it has never given me problems. I activated it as always by hitting the bag to release the nutrients but it didn't work. Luckily I had a packet of dry yeast that I used.
I tried to return the liquid yeast since I didn't trust that it was in good condition and although customer service has been responding to me, they haven't made it easy for me to return it, nor have they sent me a refund.

From customer service, we have indicated how to proceed with the starter to try to activate it and we have also offered to collect the product. To manage the return correctly, we need the yeast to be packaged as it was sent, with the cold gel, to ensure it arrives in suitable conditions and to process the refund or replacement.
