I use it instead of adding sugar (according to the Kit recipe). This enhancer has 50% malt sugar, which gives more body to the beer, while being cheaper than "branded" enhancers.

I was looking for spiciness and I didn't get it right, the wiri wiri is fine, I also bought árbol chili and it doesn't have heat, I will keep trying to see if I find one to my liking.

Excellent beer at such a good price!
It is not as bitter as the other Ales, the toasted flavor gives it character and the alcohol content is lower than the Belgian ones, which cannot be drunk all the time - so I alternate. Easy to make and clean in flavor.

My favorite beer kit number 1! It gives me a full-bodied Belgian, with this somewhat sweet and characteristic flavor that I adore. It has nothing to envy to a Chimay or a Leffe - for me it is even superior, as it is not pasteurized, has no additives, and is freshly made - fresh!
