It is a good flavor for making sauces like béarnaise sauce.

Response from test-theo.fr
Thank you very much for your feedback.

We are glad to know that you liked the tarragon. Indeed, it is a very appreciated aromatic herb in French cuisine and one of the traditional ingredients of béarnaise sauce, to which it adds its characteristic aniseed and fresh aroma. It also pairs very well with fish, poultry, and vinaigrettes.

We hope you continue to enjoy it in your recipes!

I usually make lighter beers for summer and stronger ones for winter (Abbeys, Christmas or Winters).
Last year I made this one in particular and we liked the result. So this year I'm repeating.
I don't discover anything by saying that the Kit format is convenient (I've already done 16 batches of 1 or 2 Kits) and I feel comfortable with them (it takes little time to make them and they always turn out well).
This Kit gives you 23 liters of beer, which is suitable for refreshing and easy to drink.

I started using regular supermarket sugar to complete the Beer Kits. They fermented well and the flavor wasn't bad either.
However, at a certain point, I decided to use these beer "enhancers". I used a "no brand" one they have, this "Enhancer 1" and the "Enhancer 3".
I can't say I've noticed a difference between them, but I do feel that the beer has more body compared to using commercial supermarket sugar.
In this purchase, when making a Draught Beer, which is lighter, I think this ingredient is more important (in winter I make Abbeys and they are already strong and full-bodied).

Thank you very much for sharing your experience in such detail! We are glad to know that you have noticed that improvement in body and result using enhancers compared to conventional refined sugar. Indeed, in lighter styles like Draught, these differences are usually more noticeable. We hope you continue enjoying your creations!

The delivery was fast. I have already used the products and I am very happy to be able to make my own cheeses with this standard kit. I had to change the battery of the thermometer because it wasn't working, but everything else was fine.
