Good morning, these are products that come from the United Kingdom and that we had to stop importing due to the enormous complexity that Brexit has caused. However, we are studying other import formulas and it is possible that we will soon have those products back in our catalog.
Thank you very much for your question and for your review.

Good morning. As we have already indicated, the product has simply changed its presentation so the photo on our website is old, but the content is exactly the same: 1 liter of food-grade liquid paraffin. In any case, we will contact you to collect the product sent so that we can refund you. Thank you very much.

Fast and very powerful. I hadn't brewed beer for 11 years and I see that the world of yeasts has evolved a lot.

It would be good if we could separate the heavily stained linen (plastic bag for example like in hotels) so that you can renew it instead of putting it back for rental.

Lamentable service. Stopping deliveries in the middle of July without notice. Avoid.

Hello Sir,
We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration, especially during the summer period. This year, we indeed faced significant challenges in terms of transport, due to a significant increase in traffic jams compared to last year. These unforeseen delays unfortunately affected our ability to deliver in your area and unfortunately led us to reduce our delivery scope.
We are actively working to find solutions to better anticipate and limit these impacts, and to strengthen communication with our clients.
We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal.

Indeed, it is a lightweight plastic, which makes transportation and handling easier, and allows to reduce its cost. Kegland is very proud of this product due to the excellent quality of the PET plastic that tolerates quite high pressures (up to 2.5 bar) and preserves the gas if you use it as a keg for a long time. As they say at Kegland, it is an excellent alternative to a steel fermenter, easier to handle and certainly much more economical.
