I have been using this yeast for over 10 years and it has never given me problems. I activated it as always by hitting the bag to release the nutrients but it didn't work. Luckily I had a packet of dry yeast that I used.
I tried to return the liquid yeast since I didn't trust that it was in good condition and although customer service has been responding to me, they haven't made it easy for me to return it, nor have they sent me a refund.
