It had a strange burnt taste and was too bitter. I threw it down the drain.

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your experience. Mild Ale is a traditional British style that, although considered a low-alcohol beer, usually has a dark color due to the type of malts used. We hope that once you try it, you enjoy its smooth and balanced flavor.

We’re sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order. Due to recent holidays, shipping times may be slightly affected, as the estimated delivery window is 24–48 working hours. Additionally, there was an attempted delivery where you were marked as absent. Our customer service team is already handling the issue to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

500g product purchased in bulk to last a long time and expires in 6 months. Very bad
Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
We are very sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, we cannot know in advance how you want to use the product, and therefore if you want long dates you must inform us beforehand. I suppose you understand that we cannot throw away all the products that will expire in 6 months. That would mean throwing away tons of food and other products in perfect condition for use.

The origin of the casing turns out to be China. Never again. They don't specify it.
Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
We are not very sure we understand your animosity towards Chinese products. According to our experience, China is one of the largest suppliers of food products in the world and in general their products are of excellent quality and at very reasonable prices. In the case of salted casings, which we have been selling for many years, we know that the same happens.
In any case, thank you for your message and your evaluation, although we do not share the essence of your criticism.

Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
We cannot know how each customer will use the products they purchase. Therefore, if very long expiration dates are desired, it is advisable to let us know in the order comments. The idea of throwing away tons of food that are in perfect condition just because their best before date is approaching does not seem responsible to us.

In any case, we will contact you to collect the product sent so that we can refund you. Thank you very much.

Hello Sir,
We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration, especially during the summer period. This year, we indeed faced significant challenges in terms of transport, due to a significant increase in traffic jams compared to last year. These unforeseen delays unfortunately affected our ability to deliver in your area and unfortunately led us to reduce our delivery scope.
We are actively working to find solutions to better anticipate and limit these impacts, and to strengthen communication with our clients.
We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal.

Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
Indeed, it is a lightweight plastic, which makes transportation and handling easier, and allows to reduce its cost. Kegland is very proud of this product due to the excellent quality of the PET plastic that tolerates quite high pressures (up to 2.5 bar) and preserves the gas if you use it as a keg for a long time. As they say at Kegland, it is an excellent alternative to a steel fermenter, easier to handle and certainly much more economical.
