Customer reviews of test-theo.fr

Fast delivery. Poor after-sales service, despite 2 calls and an email, no response from them regarding missing products at delivery.

Everything is perfect, quality-price ratio perfect. If I gave one star, it's because you work with verified reviews which is really not a reference, as they do not publish defamatory reviews for sites that deserve to be poorly rated.

The package was compliant, no issues with the product. But the delivery, which was announced within 3 working days, arrived after a week.

Complex elite sport ok but offer with gel and electrodes, the 25 euros gift from the offer was not received

Following my order made at the end of May, I realize that the product sent to me did not come from the company Electrostimulateur.ch in Switzerland as expected but from a company located in France. I contact Electrostimulateur.ch about this and mention that the status of my order remains in delivery. I legitimately explain the problem by saying that I cannot be subject to their shipping fee because the product did not go from Switzerland to France but from France to France, it is not PostPac international that handled the shipment but simply Colissimo France metropolitan which does not respect at all what is stated on the site. I am therefore paying an unjustified surcharge for shipping costs. I am legitimately asking questions to

Hello, I am extremely happy with this device, the delivery was very fast, however, the package was left in front of my door all weekend, I could have had it stolen at any moment. At the price of this device, I find this negligence worth mentioning.

Maybe with the photos of the cables I'm disappointed there are too many wires

Order placed on May 8, 2018 delivery on May 15, 2018 I request a refund of shipping costs of 17.70 €. Best regards

Well done overall

Missing in my order the belt clip and the manual

good

The adhesive electrodes detach very easily after one or two uses.

Fast... but 9.- delivery fee for an envelope, excessive!

Good service, fast delivery.

It lacks the essentials what are the programs and what do they do nonexistent in the manual too bad otherwise the device works well

I made 2 orders and each time a small hiccup: - 1st order: package not complete. But it was rectified quickly - 2nd order: the shipment was not made to the correct address (I have 2 addresses in the database) I don't know what a next order might reserve for me as a surprise... Otherwise the merchandise is of good quality and the prices are very reasonable

You have already received it

too expensive for the device

Perfect delivery. But too many confirmation emails after ordering and billing via SwissBilling is terrible.

Not very practical

I have the bad impression that my device is not new! (Wrinkled electrode board and stained device). Otherwise, delivery times are very correct!

Belt not very wide. Maybe wider

Ergonomics and use of the programs not very intuitive, could provide more information for the position of the electrodes, slow display.

The belt does not close very well

A cable ordered was missing from the package....

well received the Compex, I had fees outside the EU. I have a button that gets stuck.

Good.

average, as good in terms of speed, but bad for precision, out of the 3 ordered items, 2 are correct and one does not match the request

Unfortunately, the ordered device does not work. Thank you to the customer service for their cooperation.

nothing more

Very good, fast and perfect after-sales service

Does not work enough on the central part of the abs

Too early to give an objective opinion. It looks good, but I haven't seen the effects yet.

Unlike many other devices (Slendertone: 2 machines with many different tens programs, the belt, the buttocks, the face), it is difficult for me to give an opinion on this magnetic wave device. I feel absolutely nothing, despite having tried it for several days in a row as indicated in the manual. I admit, unlike the other devices, I regret this purchase.

Good

It's good, no discussion. The only downside is that I returned my order because the diameter did not match my device. And since then, no news from you, too bad!

I use it 5 times a week and I don't see great results but maybe the belt is only made for young people, but then it should be specified.
