It is not useful at all.
It cannot be used because when filled with beer, the lid pops off due to the gas.
It cannot be stored lying down because the stopper does not hold and shoots out.
And almost no refrigerator could keep it upright.
Moreover, the price is cheap but with shipping costs it becomes almost double.

We regret that your experience has not been satisfactory. From what you mention, it seems that there could be some problem with use or operation, as the container is designed to withstand the pressure generated during the intended process. We would like to review your case and help you find a solution. We would appreciate it if you could contact our customer service indicating the purchased item and, if possible, attaching some photographs or video.

Best regards from the entire Cocinista team.

The wireless charger is a piece of junk. Its installation is complicated, as it breaks at the slightest touch and leaves you looking foolish.... and on top of that, there are no spare parts.
No, I did not like it at all, it should have come pre-installed in the RAPT Pill.
The connection of this piece breaks at the slightest touch.

Thank you for sharing your opinion.

We regret that your experience with the wireless charger for the RAPT Pill has not been satisfactory. The truth is that we do not know what could have happened in your specific case, as the installation is usually quite simple and we do not usually receive reports related to the breakage of this piece during assembly.

In any case, to charge the device, it is only necessary to unscrew the lid and connect the charger, so it should not be necessary to manipulate the set excessively.

We take note of your comments, as all feedback helps us convey suggestions for improvement to the manufacturer.

Best regards from the entire Cocinista team.

I still haven't received the order

Response from test-theo.fr
We regret that your experience has not been as expected.

In this case, the items in your order were made-to-order products, as indicated on our website. These products are specifically requested from the supplier for each customer, so their delivery time is longer than that of the items we have in stock.

However, we have verified that once the material was received and shipped from our warehouse, the delivery was made the next day.

Best regards from the entire Cocinista team.

Like the pistachio one, I need extra stabilizer
Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
Thank you for your comment. It is not necessary to add extra stabilizer, as the Vanilla Ice Cream Base incorporates the necessary ingredients in its formulation to provide stability and a creamy texture to the ice cream. However, the amount can be adjusted according to the recipe and the desired result.

I like it, although I have to add some extra stabilizer to make ice cream with milk
Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to know that you like the product. This base already incorporates ingredients that help stabilize and give creaminess to the ice cream, although in some recipes made with milk, it may be interesting to adjust the formulation with additional stabilizers to achieve the desired texture.

I only tried it once, it curdled very little, it's too soon to give an opinion
Translated reviews
Response from test-theo.fr
Thank you for sharing your experience! The result may be due to factors such as temperature, the type of milk used, or the amount applied. We hope that in future uses you achieve better curdling and, if you need it, we will be happy to help you with the process.

We hope that the cheesecloth gives you very good results when you use it. It is a very practical accessory both for making yogurt and for different homemade cheese preparations. Enjoy it!
