The store earns praise for reliable delivery speed and well-packaged items, with several mentions of orders arriving in excellent condition and on time. Customers highlight positive product experiences across categories, including eyewear that is lightweight and comfortable with well-fitting frames, and other items like sauces, spices, and cheese kits that meet expectations and provide good value. The customer service and shopping experience are noted through quick fulfillment and contentment with the range, quality, and practical features such as ease of use and accurate fulfillment of orders. Overall, consistent reliability, comfortable and practical products, and timely delivery emerge as the strongest strengths.
In line with expectations in terms of deadlines and services. However, I did not receive the DVD that was supposed to be delivered with the Compex. This is still lacking for setting up training programs.

The delivery time seemed long and I had no information. Possibility to leave a message on the site but I never got a response. Communication with the customer could be improved. Otherwise, delivery OK.

The shipment of the package took longer than initially anticipated, despite the surcharge paid for a letter A shipment. The shipment took 4 days to finish. Other than that, excellent service. Thank you.

Good service. Just to note that the package took much longer to reach me than a letter A shipment for which I had paid a surcharge. Aside from that, professional service.

Unlike many other devices (Slendertone: 2 machines with many different tens programs, the belt, the buttocks, the face), it is difficult for me to give an opinion on this magnetic wave device. I feel absolutely nothing, despite having tried it for several days in a row as indicated in the manual. I admit, unlike the other devices, I regret this purchase.

I use it 5 times a week and I don't see great results but maybe the belt is only made for young people, but then it should be specified.

Fast delivery and great price, a small downside would be that not all patches are original
