Good although the closure is not perfect which makes the fermentation a bit false, when it is nearing the end and the activity is lower the co2 does not escape through the airlock which makes it seem like it has finished when it is not. I like that it is very rigid

The answer is lime and chili peanuts and wasabi peanuts, both from the Khao Shong brand, for example.
Since I can't find them, I experiment with others, the Tom Yum ones turned out very tasty.

Very bad, all the seeds were stuck together like a whole block, they couldn't be separated. I thought they were expired when in reality they weren't. I suppose they must have been poorly stored. I threw the jar in the trash.
