It had a strange burnt taste and was too bitter. I threw it down the drain.

We regret that the result was not as expected. These types of flavors may be due to some step in the preparation, as the recipe and ingredients are designed to achieve a balanced flavor.

We appreciate your comment and take note to continue improving.

The enhancer is a bit expensive compared to other alternative sugars (the price is similar to a complete kit). It is supposed that having a high malt content not only provides sugar but also body and flavor.
Otherwise, it is fine, but it arrives as a block (due to humidity) that you have to break up to facilitate dissolution.

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your experience. We are glad to know that the product fulfills its function, although we regret that it arrived compacted. This can occasionally happen due to environmental humidity, although it does not affect its quality. We take note of your observation to review the packaging and improve the user experience.
