Customer reviews of test-theo.fr

I haven't received anything yet.

Good product quality and very fast shipping.

Products more expensive than elsewhere but otherwise good service. Thank you!

fast delivery

Despite the confirmation and payment of the order, it was not validated. However, I appreciate the prompt manner in which the problem was resolved after discovering and reporting it.

Fast and efficient service

Good material. Carefully packaged. Very fast shipping! Thank you very much!

Incorrect quantities sent

I was satisfied with my order, delivery on time. One remark, after my order I sent you an email to know the delivery time: you only replied simply with a screenshot (where the date was). I expected a company to communicate better with its customers. Best regards

The merchandise corresponds to my order, fast. Now to test the compatible Compex snap electrodes. Sports greetings Patrick

The five stars are deserved but a mistake in the postal address delayed the delivery. Excellent quality material and detailed instructions in addition to those of the Urostim2, I recommend.

Good

It's good

Efficient service. Just one remark: the pickup location for the order is not dedicated to this. There should perhaps be a sign to indicate it better.

Fast and efficient

Fast and good

Good order tracking

rather satisfied after use at my son's. My regret is that the application is in English! and the images are cut off on the iPhone. Too bad because I think there are other possibilities that I am not using. I also don't know which tip to choose depending on the areas.

The site is clear and the delivery is efficient. Regarding the product, I regret a lack of documentation to master the use of the device.

Good and efficient thank you

"Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement". The points for improvement that I can see: - 3 days to ship the package while the product was in stock and displayed as "Shipped today at 4 PM" (I ordered around 11 AM on Thursday 2). I had to follow up once with the site (on the 3rd), which did not bother to respond. Second follow-up on Monday morning (6/01), then the package was shipped. Not really any apologies or commercial gesture from the site. - No form of protection in the package: the product box was directly placed in a plastic bag. - Invoice not attached (it can be printed from your customer area, OK) - Warranty extension process +1 and +2 years to be done by oneself (via postal mail...), while we subscribed to the "extension pack". Positive points: very interesting prices, reliable site, fast delivery (shipped from France), free accessories, a lot of choice of consumables on the site.

I have been using the belt for less than a week, so it's too early to say if it is effective or not, but it works very well, comfortable to wear. This is the first product of this type that I try, so no comparison element. But in my opinion, good value for money

very good

The user manual was missing. The secretary sent it to me by email, I would have preferred to have it on paper

I received the package well. Very quickly. However, the package (the packaging) was damaged (torn) even though it was marked fragile!

Material received very quickly

Very good

I paid on the same day as my order and today I receive by post an invoice for the same amount. Please check well

Very good price, small 'miss' on the parcel tracking, and attention to future French buyers the price is excluding VAT I was surprised to see a second charge on my account corresponding to the country's fees, this should be clearer especially since it does not appear on the invoice. For the rest, product conforms.

well I already feel an improvement in pain

no problems

The quality of your linen does not meet our needs.

The towels should be thicker. The rest is good

Your distribution point, we are not sure. We regularly receive contradictory emails.

Order and delivery very good. One of the electrodes received was not very sturdy.

Good after-sales service

Quite good.

The manual is not perfect... example of a problem: where to place the electrodes for P8??? .... I could mention others... to be improved!!!

Device conforms to the descriptions suitable for daily use.
