Good although the closure is not perfect which makes the fermentation a bit false, when it is nearing the end and the activity is lower the co2 does not escape through the airlock which makes it seem like it has finished when it is not. I like that it is very rigid

Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail.
We appreciate that you value the rigidity of the product and we take note of what you mention about the closure and the behavior of the airlock in the final phase of fermentation. It is an important point and comments like yours help us to continue improving and to offer more precise information about the use of the product.

Thank you for your comment!
We are sorry that the level of spiciness was not what you expected. Keep in mind that the perception of spiciness can vary greatly from person to person, and each harvest can present slight differences in intensity.

If you wish, we can recommend stronger options so you can find just the spiciness you are looking for. Thank you for continuing to try!

Thank you for your comment!
We are sorry that the level of spiciness was not what you expected. The wiri wiri usually has an intense spiciness, but it is true that it can vary depending on who consumes it.
If you are looking for something really potent, we would be happy to recommend other spicier varieties so you can find the one that best suits what you are looking for.

Thank you very much for continuing to try and for your trust.
