The question is what was I looking for?
The answer is lime and chili peanuts and wasabi peanuts, both from the Khao Shong brand, for example.
Since I can't find them, I experiment with others, the Tom Yum ones turned out very tasty.

Very bad, all the seeds were stuck together like a whole block, they couldn't be separated. I thought they were expired when in reality they weren't. I suppose they must have been poorly stored. I threw the jar in the trash.

It should have come with a closed mouth so that a drop comes out, with the way it has come you have to be very careful not to pour a stream since it doesn't have a plastic diffuser or something to control the liquid's exit. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied with the product. The casings come clean and without odors or flavors beyond the expected. Additionally, the presentation is convenient and the product was very well packaged.
One aspect that caused me a bit of inconvenience was the significant variation in the diameter of the casings. I noticed that the caliber changes quite a bit, even among segments that came in the same package, which requires more attention when stuffing to maintain uniformity. I also found that some segments are somewhat short, which makes the production process a bit less efficient than it could be.

Overall, I think it is an excellent option for those who need small quantities compared to the presentations for commercial use. It is a product I would buy again and recommend for homemade sausage making.
