The masks are fine, but I regret that you send them with a signature because it forces the customer to go to the post office, which I absolutely wanted to avoid when ordering online! At this price, I might as well go to the store! Especially since we also pay for shipping. (The postmen don't even ring the doorbells anymore!)

It could be avoided to ask for a signature for an order of less than 50.- CHF which required me to pick up the delivery at the Post Office... otherwise all good

Very good deadlines, easy to use and practical website. Then I wonder if my package which was plastic could not have been more ecological packed with cardboard?

No navigation problems on the site. Fast delivery. However, I questioned the quality of the masks, are they really FFP2? On your site there is a certificate on which we see "C E". I would have appreciated it being included with the shipment. I still hope that the masks are effective.

The KN95 masks are way too big for a woman, the elastics are too big but I can tie a knot on each side, but the worst is the mask that goes up to the eyes. So, out of 30 masks I have 29 left that I will not use. Before ordering I asked you if your masks were not too big for a woman and I received no response. 50 euros in the trash.

This time, my order was on hold but after asking if I should order elsewhere, it was sent immediately (masks). Given the current situation, I needed to be delivered very quickly as I have a physio practice. This was done immediately after my request. Thank you for your responsiveness!

Good follow-up of the order. Small downside, elastics a bit short on the ffp2 masks.

The selection of products is not very practical. I did it from my smartphone. When we are in the cart, we cannot just change the quantity we want to buy, so we have to delete and start over. The delivery was very fast! Thank you :)

Too bad the user manual is not also in French! I read a little English, but for this type of device, it would be wise to offer the translation in one (or more) national language(s)

The easylinge concept is very good and very easy to use. However, two downsides: stained linen, especially pillowcases (black storage stains) and each time the provider forgot some linen in the order, which is a waste of time in our organization. Too bad!
