The order arrived well... but when handling the casings and trying to clean them with tap water, they had gaps in several places... please be more careful with the products you sell... and the million-dollar question I ask now?... did the product I had for it get damaged?

Expensive and in a very low concentration, it is diluted to a very low percentage which forces you to use more quantity for the actual use it has to be given.

It is a calcium chloride in a 33% solution as indicated in the product description. It is the most used in cheesemaking. If you were looking for a higher concentration or it is for other uses, you probably bought the wrong product.

I hope you will improve the quality of the linen and quickly find a way to have the packs wrapped. I have to pay two people to film these packs. Next week I have an order for 25. How do I manage? Moreover, the imposed schedules are a real headache for organization.
