In this case, the items in your order were made-to-order products, as indicated on our website. These products are specifically requested from the supplier for each customer, so their delivery time is longer than that of the items we have in stock.

However, we have verified that once the material was received and shipped from our warehouse, the delivery was made the next day.

Bought to replace tips for S'track first generation as these no longer exist. I know they are not compatible and that I will have to tinker to install them. Disappointed by the lack of follow-up on an old model for which I still have two pairs in excellent condition, except for the tips that broke almost at the same time. For this reason, I will look at other brands if I need to change my glasses.

We completely understand your disappointment, and we take it very seriously. Maintaining the availability of replacement parts for all our models over the long term is unfortunately a challenge we cannot always meet: it involves significant industrial and logistical constraints, especially when components evolve from one generation to another. We are therefore sometimes forced to make difficult choices, focusing our stocks of spare parts on the most recent models.

Cheap once the barrel and valve come. With just one use it already has slight rust just on the outside.
