The preparation of the laundry was not done within the expected deadlines. The quality was not entirely there, with stains, holes, and missing items

I have been using this service for several months and regularly we find sheets that are torn and/or stained. Quality control needs to be strengthened.

It would be good if we could separate the heavily stained linen (plastic bag for example like in hotels) so that you can renew it instead of putting it back for rental.

Response from test-theo.fr
Indeed, it is a lightweight plastic, which makes transportation and handling easier, and allows to reduce its cost. Kegland is very proud of this product due to the excellent quality of the PET plastic that tolerates quite high pressures (up to 2.5 bar) and preserves the gas if you use it as a keg for a long time. As they say at Kegland, it is an excellent alternative to a steel fermenter, easier to handle and certainly much more economical.

Indeed, we see that you purchased a product that did not meet your expectations. I regret it and I am pleased to see that we did what we considered most correct, which was to recover the item and refund you in full.
Thank you very much for your comment.

We systematically order duvet covers 140 and we always receive 180 which is really unpleasant and really not practical for us.

The linen is of very good quality and in good condition. The problem is the absence of staff and therefore control when picking up and returning the linen. I had the unpleasant surprise of being accused of not returning everything when all the linen was returned, this for 2 consecutive years.

I am very satisfied with easy linen. But sometimes the linen provided has stains or, more rarely, tears.
