Very satisfied. The only downside is the packaging not well suited for transport: - The large tube of gel provided is a bit bulky (a small tube like a toothpaste sample would be more practical). - The cardboard packaging is not as practical and sturdy as the bag of the Tens Eco 2 that I had the opportunity to test (certainly more expensive). The practical side and robustness in transport is important for certain therapies that require regular long-term use (vagus nerve stimulation, etc.). However, I think I can find a bag that should do the job without too much trouble.

Linen is good but there are slight differences with the order. The linen must be picked up and returned in a courtyard where there is no contact person. I was charged for non-return of linen that I did not have. Again, no one responds to messages. Is Easylinge managed by robots?

However, it happened that the laundry was poorly folded in the packaging and therefore wrinkled. I had to iron the sheets that should have been done. Otherwise, the company offers flexibility in picking up and returning the laundry, which is advantageous.
