This electrostimulator seems quite sturdy and does the job. Good power! Interesting autonomy. But I take off two stars for two reasons: complicated device to use due to too many possibilities (you have to constantly change connectors for each program, it's tedious) and the device does not indicate when the battery is charged. We navigate blindly. Sometimes we leave the machine charging all night since we don't know the charge status. No display on the battery status on the screen! In these times of energy savings, I hope Compex will improve this point. Really surprising.

The site is not practical at all for use and I had to try several times before I could place the order. I also tried to call but no one answered. As for the device, I can't increase the processing time (15 min) so I do 3 x 15 min. Compared to the old device, it is heavier and does not have a hook to attach it to the belt.

Negative point: There is very little information in the brochure attached to the device and I could not download the handbook without providing my credit card information. Why can't we simply provide the order number to download this handbook? Generally, I never provide my credit card information anymore, even if it is stated that it will not be charged.

The site is practical, easy to access and use. The products are clean and the contact person is friendly. One downside: the location when clicking on 'Access' does not correspond to the pickup location of the order and the real address is unknown to GPS.

Service was convenient, unfortunately no more delivery point in Rayol-Canadel and the tower plan is too far. We also encountered problems with the order (missing items, dirty or damaged linen) too bad because it was very convenient. I hope a drop-off will be available quickly in Cavalaire or Lavandou.

The website is easy to use and allows for easy contact with the interlocutors. The only downside concerns the location for picking up and returning the sheets as it is not easily accessible, located on a narrow street with no parking available but the contact person was very friendly. The service provided is perfect, just like the value for money. I highly recommend!
