The store earns praise for reliable delivery speed and well-packaged items, with several mentions of orders arriving in excellent condition and on time. Customers highlight positive product experiences across categories, including eyewear that is lightweight and comfortable with well-fitting frames, and other items like sauces, spices, and cheese kits that meet expectations and provide good value. The customer service and shopping experience are noted through quick fulfillment and contentment with the range, quality, and practical features such as ease of use and accurate fulfillment of orders. Overall, consistent reliability, comfortable and practical products, and timely delivery emerge as the strongest strengths.
Electrosimulateur.ch has the best offer I could find on French-speaking sites. Just a small downside regarding the payment in 3 installments ... which is actually reserved for the Swiss. That's the only reason I'm taking away one star and it's severe because the phone service informed me very well. As for the compex, perfect!

This is the 3rd time I pay with PayPal. Each time Electrostimulator returns an error. Too bad this persists.

The device is very good. However, I find the explanations, especially regarding the electrodes, insufficiently detailed.

Once we looked on the Internet, the way to proceed regarding the electrodes, everything works very well and personally, I have nothing negative to say, everything is perfect. But there is a lack of a manual inside the package.

I think the service is good. However, there were errors in processing my order, such as sending by regular mail instead of express. The customer service was reactive and corrected the shipping method the same day following my email. They also offered adhesive patches for Compex but I have not received them yet. No big deal.
