Right now we haven't used it yet and we haven't gone through the beer process. But the shipping and speed were all correct.

The kit is very good, but I think there could be a couple of improvements:

- The instructions accessed from the QR code are more like reading the table and not so much a step-by-step on how to brew all-grain beer. The points that I found confusing were the following:

- It starts with the original gravity data (which is obtained at the end of the boiling step, so it cannot be the first step)
- The washing step was not clear to me on how to achieve washing at 65 degrees and how long this step should take and whether or not I should maintain the wort at 65 degrees during this process.
- The boiling does not indicate the temperature so I kept it at 65 degrees (I don't know if this is correct)
- There could be a list of necessary/suggested materials (e.g., 2 fermenters)

- The QR code could have the link to the website or ideally a short link (something like: cocinista.es/beer-template)

Still quite happy with the product

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are glad to know that you liked the kit and that, in general, you are happy with the product.

We especially appreciate your suggestions, as they help us a lot to improve. We take note of the comments about the instructions accessible from the QR code, especially the need for a clearer step-by-step for beginners, the explanation of grain washing, the correct temperatures at each phase (especially boiling), as well as the convenience of including a list of recommended materials and a more direct and clear link from the QR.

We will pass all this feedback to the team to review and optimize the documentation, with the aim of making the process clearer and more accessible, especially for those starting with all-grain brewing.

Thank you again for trusting us and for helping us continue to improve.

Best regards from the entire Cocinista team.
