I usually make lighter beers for summer and stronger ones for winter (Abbeys, Christmas or Winters).
Last year I made this one in particular and we liked the result. So this year I'm repeating.
I don't discover anything by saying that the Kit format is convenient (I've already done 16 batches of 1 or 2 Kits) and I feel comfortable with them (it takes little time to make them and they always turn out well).
This Kit gives you 23 liters of beer, which is suitable for refreshing and easy to drink.

I started using regular supermarket sugar to complete the Beer Kits. They fermented well and the flavor wasn't bad either.
However, at a certain point, I decided to use these beer "enhancers". I used a "no brand" one they have, this "Enhancer 1" and the "Enhancer 3".
I can't say I've noticed a difference between them, but I do feel that the beer has more body compared to using commercial supermarket sugar.
In this purchase, when making a Draught Beer, which is lighter, I think this ingredient is more important (in winter I make Abbeys and they are already strong and full-bodied).

The delivery was fast. I have already used the products and I am very happy to be able to make my own cheeses with this standard kit. I had to change the battery of the thermometer because it wasn't working, but everything else was fine.
