I liked the choice of products. However, I received a metal ruler that was scratched! And I am disappointed that I have to spend up to 49 euros to avoid shipping costs. This is very exaggerated and unprecedented for me, who, however, orders a lot online.

However, some kits lack video explanations. When you are a beginner, it's not obvious. Reading and making a model with paper instructions is difficult. Now it's great.

Fast delivery and good quality fabric. However, I find that the colors are not true to those on the site. The gold panels are more brown and mustard. For the floral panel, the colors are true to the description. I tried to call customer service several times with a question about delivery but I couldn't reach anyone.

Hello, a pickup of the package at the depot would be very convenient for me and for the planet. I am on the other side of the road... I regret not being able to choose the fabric on-site anymore, it's less obvious by mail despite the possibility of ordering samples. Happy holidays to you all.
