First order containing faux leather that I received in soft packaging and not in a box. As a result, the faux leather arrived crushed, marked, and wrinkled, what a shame for such a beautiful fabric. I'm not sure I can flatten it out. I am very disappointed as everything else is very good as usual. What a pity.

Package arrived in a pitiful state. Opened, torn. The fabrics took a hit... and some are torn, making them unusable. Moreover, on Monday morning, customer service assured me that my package was ready and labeled, ready to ship since Friday evening. However, on Monday evening, I received a call from customer service asking for my agreement to replace a product that is no longer in stock. Why did they lie to me?
