The issue mentioned concerns the thickness of the wadding, not the color. Indeed, during this period, the supplier compresses the wadding more, which can give a different impression to the touch or to the eye, although the density remains strictly identical. As specified in our previous email, this parameter unfortunately cannot be modified on our side.
Furthermore, we have not been informed of any problem regarding the color of the prints. If you have noticed an anomaly in this regard, please do not hesitate to send us photos so that we can analyze it in more detail.

Fading can sometimes occur with certain fabrics. One tip is to soak the fabric before sewing in a cold water bath with white vinegar and salt (about 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of salt for 3 to 4 liters of water). This can help set the colors. Let it soak for several hours, then rinse in cold water before washing.
We also advise you to always do a fading test before cutting, especially for very colorful fabrics.

Very disappointed with customer service. I called because I had no response to my email, the person from the service was very unpleasant. It was my fault for not seeing that additional sewing materials were needed to make the car organizer kits. I find it unfortunate that there is no return document and no way to do one on the site.
