I had ordered one meter of each of my fabrics to make 5 rectangles of 20cm high, but the fabric was not cut straight, so I can only make 4. I find this very unfortunate as it alters my costs incurred for the production of my products. I have 15 cm of unusable fabric. Thank you for taking note of this, as I am not satisfied at this level.

I ordered fabric pieces that were supposed to be 40x60cm. Customer service assured me that the cotton would not shrink when washed at 30°. However, the 8 pieces did shrink, despite being washed at 30° on a delicate cycle; they all lost between 3 and 5 cm in length and width. I informed customer service, but they offered me no compensation. Therefore, I now have to buy more fabric to finish my project.
