When I placed my order, I validated 2m of a fabric online. In stock, there was no longer the requested quantity. I was offered either the remaining quantity and a credit note, or another fabric for the same amount

I am not satisfied with the tone of the fabric and especially with the person who answers the potential customer's reception on the phone. With the 10 million unemployed we have in the country, you should find someone.

Good responsiveness regarding delivery. However, many out-of-stock items force me to order from other sites..The colors indicated in the photos do not always match the actual color.

I received the fabric well. Too bad that 3 large stickers were stuck on it. Very difficult to remove.

The site offers the possibility to order samples but this turns out to be impossible. It's really a shame... I still took the risk of ordering and I do not regret my choice. The fabric is good

there is not enough detail on the material and quality of the fabrics, thus there is a small disappointment. Delivery is quite fast,

The packaging (very low quality cardboard) of my order was torn during transport. A rough repair was made by Colissimo..Complete order. I advise you to use better packaging

I was disappointed with the color of two fabrics: the lace is not really beige to my taste and the brown linen seems a bit faded.

One downside on the availability of fabrics. They are listed as available on the site but in reality, they are not.. I appreciated the speed of receiving my order.

Very disappointed: not seeing my package arrive after 7 days, I called and was told that my package would not be delivered to a relay because it was too bulky..... Fortunately, I called because no one contacted me.

I received 3 fabric coupons. Two were perfect but the third was very poorly cut. The cut is not straight and zigzag. And on top of that, it is stained. I am very disappointed.

Order placed on 08.02.2015, today is 23.02.2015 and I still haven't received anything. I placed an order in Spain and received the goods within 7 working days. I doubt it's really the post that is...
