Order placed on July 27 and since then (we are on August 12) no news, not even a little email to say there is a delay. No way to reach anyone and on the order tracking it says 'in preparation'. However, I have already been asked to evaluate my purchase twice. I will not renew my experience and I do not recommend this store to anyone...

I am delighted with the fast delivery. I am happy with the ordered goods. However, I am somewhat dissatisfied with the packaging as the faux leather was well rolled but held with an elastic which marked the roll in the middle.
