In your case, you had already used the product and we cannot take it back. The product you ordered corresponds to batting and this item does not hold up.

Satisfied with the product and service in general. Beautiful colors and fast delivery. However, there was a small problem with the product description: I ordered 1 meter of fabric with a width of 150cm, I received 1.5 meters with a width of 100cm. This did not affect my project but it could have, as the fabric does not have the same elasticity in both directions.

Pleasant fabric to work with, however, a small issue: blue marker stain at one meter on the 4 meters. I managed to lessen it... on the final project, not visible as it is hidden by an Ido. Can you use markers that wash out? I will keep the site for my next order. Corine

Order placed on Friday evening, sent a message because I forgot a reference, called on Monday morning just at opening so the order had not yet been processed to add the reference and I was told that it was not possible as it had already been processed which I doubt. Very disappointed this time because I have been ordering for years and every month with significant amounts!!

The fabrics were therefore cut and shipped on a roll. We are one of the few companies that accept the fact that you may forget a product and to create a voucher to avoid paying for it.

Tissu price always offers good products at very interesting prices. The fabric is of good quality and the prints are pretty! What I find unfortunate is that they only do this - prints! - You choose your print, you choose your fabric and click it's bought! But what is a scuba fabric, venizia?? How is it worked? And the smells? do they absorb them?
