the Chronopost service might need a little something extra: notify the name of the neighbor who took the order in our place... Otherwise, it seems to me that the speed, quality, and services are very good

I was surprised upon receipt when I realized that the Burlington fabric was very elastic. Not knowing this type of fabric, I relied on the description which did not mention this particularity

Nothing to say regarding the products and the efficiency of your services.... However, shipping costs could be improved... Some sites offer free shipping from 20€ of purchase

A very fast delivery, a super quality fabric, the only point that I think needs improvement is sometimes the description of the fabrics for novices and the washing, ironing instructions.

One of the fabrics is a bit different from what I expected, that's the risk of online shopping.

Nothing to add for now as I am just starting. I will surely have remarks to make when I become a pro at sewing.

Bad choice of delivery service (in delivery at tissus price on 02/24 received on 02/29) Colissimo would be better because the package was delivered late and in poor condition due to transport, but everything was there.
