The faux leather received is not the same shade I was hoping for. I had previously requested color samples to be sure of the shade and upon delivery, the shade of the fabric was not as expected. However, we would like to clarify that the color sample you are referring to is several years old. Since then, our supplier of this faux leather has changed, which implies possible variations in shade despite a similar name. As a result, the sample in your possession could unfortunately no longer match exactly the product currently marketed.
This information explains why the delivered shade differs from the expected one and does not allow us to consider this as a non-conformity of the product. That is why we are unable to offer a free return.
