1/ When I go to the store, the saleswoman cuts a little more than the requested length to compensate for any bias cutting. By internet, I received a fabric with 1 cm more and all the others with 1 to 2 cm less on one side or the other (bias cut) which poses a problem for me 2/ Would it be possible to buy by 10 cm beyond 50 cm and not in 50 cm increments?

The colors of the sponge coupons for makeup remover wipes faded after being soaked in water and vinegar as recommended on the site. In particular, the art deco gold one, some patterns are now barely visible.

The delivery is fast and the kits are nice.
However, the assembly instructions are provided with the skirt, but not with the pouch and the beach bag. It's not easy to sew them for a beginner.
I wrote to customer service who still hasn't replied.
So I'm not sure about placing another order.
And I hadn't seen that for the apron the ties were not provided.

Excellent delivery speed, perfect length..... Only the fabric loses its shine very quickly in the wash.... A shame especially for the blacks

The samples are a bit small, however, this allows one to get a sense of the fabric's structure. Arrived quickly.

I find it a shame to charge for shipping to the pro now especially when the order arrives by DPD and is delivered 3 days after the expected date, it was much better before.

I am disappointed with the fabric of the wipes, I hope the colors won't fade. It's a shame they don't exist in velvet fabric. However, the sleeping bag fabric is very good.

Second order, larger (26 items). Delivery less fast (more than a week) and the closures for all the pouches are missing... Very friendly customer service and immediate response. I hope the closures will arrive quickly!

Your mention
Your package is too large to fit in your mailbox. Your presence is required for the delivery of your package.
It is detrimental: my fabric fit in a large envelope that could easily fit in my mailbox, of which the carrier had the keys.
So incorrect type info. I lost my day.
Improve and provide a size estimate.

I regret that the fabric has quite visible black threads (about 1 cm) in length in some places on the fabric. Of course, it is a vintage fabric but the black threads are very visible on a light beige fabric.

the fabric is exactly what I expected. However, having ordered a lot of fabrics elsewhere, the package lacks a little something: a thank you card and the fabric is directly in the box without tissue paper, nothing. It's a shame you have beautiful fabrics but you don't showcase them.
