Delivery person was late, delivery rushed, probably too eager to meet his girlfriend in the delivery van.

The product was indicated as delivered and I went to the pickup point. It was not there. I had to go back the next day.

Quality of the products, speed of preparation, never disappointed. But the delivery service needs to be reviewed, as it undermines all the speed of the order preparation by systematically announcing a postponed delivery.

The color of the fabric does not match at all, sold as ecru and the fabric arrived pink which of course does not match at all with the yellow color of my walls.

Hello, I am not completely satisfied as my package was slightly opened, probably by a cutter. It did not damage the coupons, but I wonder who wanted to know the contents. This should not happen again with a future order. Best regards.

The fabrics are really great!! The only small downside is that the packaging they arrive in leaves a bit to be desired.

Very happy. Nice projects and gifts ahead! But I would have liked the fabrics that shed fluff to be put in a bag to avoid fluff on the others as well. Very annoying to clean.

Lack of availability in fabric measurements because I wanted an extra meter but there was no stock left.
Otherwise, nothing to say, very happy with my purchase.

Delivery scheduled for Saturday the 6th. For unknown reasons, DPD rescheduled the delivery several times. I finally received it on Wednesday the 10th. They are not serious.

I ordered seat cushions for Citroen AX. I called 3 times to find out where they were. On the third call, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get them because their supplier had given them cushions that were disintegrating (too old) and that the product was no longer available. I wasn't informed upon receipt of the cushions; I had to call myself, which is not great. But the refund was processed.

Very good delivery tracking, merchandise OK, just disappointed not to have been able to get a duplicate item. It must have been automatically removed from the cart, but I did not notice it. So disappointed upon opening the package. Customer service not contacted.

I know you are not to blame, but 6 days to reach the post office is really long. Otherwise, good quality bias, well packaged.

Fast delivery. I am delighted with the ordered fabric, the prints match the photos (however, I am still waiting to test its long-term durability). But disappointed with the very small size of the requested samples... Impossible to envision my future purchases...

The package did not have my name, only my address, which is a place where several families live. Fortunately, my phone number was inside, used by the postman to know who to deliver this package to after being forced to open it.

Really disappointed. Does not match the criteria of the catalog. Attention!! The widths of the piping in dimensions 1.5 are actually only half, a nice scam.
Translated reviews
Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We remind you that the width of the piping includes the cord part and the sewing part in its dimension of 15mm and not just the cord part. You can return the products to us if you have not used them so that we can issue you a refund. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

I regret the removal of free home delivery. Especially during this period. Moreover, the hours of the post office or pickup point are not always compatible with working hours. For me, delivery was on Saturday at 11:50 am with the pickup point closing at noon until Monday!! Too bad
