The package does not arrive at the indicated address despite reporting to customer service and the comment written on the delivery. Disappointing to pay delivery fees (x3) and travel 14km (x3) to pick up the package. However, the merchandise is of very beautiful quality.

Hello, Regarding this last order, I have nothing to report. However, for order 305079 from 15/03/19, I ordered 10 m of off-white duchess satin, and I received several pieces. Some were wrinkled and had grease stains that were impossible to clean. For order 311406 from 22/04/19, 3 m of light ivory duchess satin also had grease stains. Useless.

11 days between the order and delivery, a reasonable timeframe considering the period. Fabrics OK, colors maybe a bit less vibrant on some fabrics upon receipt (and this is not due to my screen resolution, the colors of the fabrics are reliable on other online sites), but I am generally satisfied.
