I am delighted with your fabrics and patterns as well as the sewing kits, but not at all with your delivery service. I was not informed of the delivery of my package and on top of that, I had to run after my package because it was not delivered where it should have been. That is why I only give 4 stars. Regarding the apron and toy bag, it is normal for the fabric to fray if the hems are not finished, as canvas fabric is raw fabric. A finish (like an overlock or hem) helps prevent this effect during washing and use. Tissus-Price

Your order was indeed recorded on Friday, August 29 in the evening. We processed it as soon as we reopened on Monday, September 1 and shipped it on Tuesday, September 2. Normally, the delivery times of La Poste are 48 hours, which should have allowed for delivery before September 6.
Unfortunately, an unforeseen delay occurred during the transport by La Poste, and the package was only available for pickup on September 10. We sincerely regret this setback, but once the package was handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have control over the delivery times.

The fabrics are of good quality and the price is right. However, from one order to another, the colors are not the same, and as for customer service, what can I say except that it is useless, the customer is only good for buying. No consideration, no apology in case of error even though I spend an average of €2000/year at Tissus Price. And be careful because it is impossible to contact this company by phone. Moreover, delivery is long and always chargeable regardless of the order amount. I am looking to change suppliers.
