I ordered samples beforehand before ordering my fabric, and the fabric received does not match the sample at all. I sent two messages and still have no responses. I am a professional and cannot settle for the fabric received when my clients chose the color of the sample. Please respond to me and find a solution.

Received quickly. Doesn't quite match what I wanted, but the sample service is disabled until 20.02.2018. So I couldn't see it in person before ordering.

Just a small downside on the delivery because I had requested it to be sent to a parcel relay and supposedly the package was too big so I had to give another address (my work address in this case) and in the end the package wasn't big, it was long because there was an oilcloth on a roll.

very nice quality of the items, very interesting prices that is why I will order again. However, no response to emails from customer service, but very good reception on the phone from this service. It is preferable to call than to send an email if you want a response. Delivery 15 days after the order I found the delay a bit long
