The fabrics are of good quality and the price is right. However, from one order to another, the colors are not the same, and as for customer service, what can I say except that it is useless, the customer is only good for buying. No consideration, no apology in case of error even though I spend an average of €2000/year at Tissus Price. And be careful because it is impossible to contact this company by phone. Moreover, delivery is long and always chargeable regardless of the order amount. I am looking to change suppliers.

Please know that our customer service has handled all your emails without exception. The person responsible for printing was exceptionally absent, which may have delayed our response. Upon their return, a solution was proposed to you and your order was reprinted at our expense to correct the issue encountered.
Regarding the color difference, it comes from a technical adjustment of the printing machine, made to achieve a better quality output and more vibrant colors.
We understand that these inconveniences may have affected your experience, but rest assured that our customer service has fully fulfilled its role and that we are doing everything possible to improve our services, both in terms of quality and deadlines.

Currently, we only have three qualities of cotton:
Poplin 120 g (the finest),
Cretonne 156 g,
Cotton canvas 230 g.
We are sorry, but we do not have a lighter cotton than the 120 g poplin.
