The chosen pattern was in line with the website's visuals. The delivery time for the fabric was very quick. The possibility of requesting a sample before ordering multiple meters is very appreciated.

I called your AI 2 times. During the first order, I did not receive any confirmation of this order. I only received it when I ordered a second time! So I have 2 packages and I paid 2 times. I am still waiting for your call. Best regards.

Very disappointed with the quality of the fabric, it really feels plastic and is very unpleasant for deck chair canvases. Moreover, the print quality is very poor. I really do not recommend this product.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello,
We are sorry that the product did not fully satisfy you. Indeed, the waterproof fabric is covered with a plastic protective layer to give it its waterproof properties. However, we understand that this aspect may be less pleasant to the touch than you expected for deck chair canvases.
Regarding the print quality, we are also sorry if the result does not meet your expectations.
Best regards,
