Order placed on Friday evening, sent a message because I forgot a reference, called on Monday morning just at opening so the order had not yet been processed to add the reference and I was told that it was not possible as it had already been processed which I doubt. Very disappointed this time because I have been ordering for years and every month with significant amounts!!

Hello, Unfortunately, I am sorry but we have checked the status of your order and despite your email and your call, it had already been prepared quickly. The fabrics were therefore cut and shipped on a roll. We are one of the few companies that accept the fact that you may forget a product and to create a voucher to avoid paying for it.
