The only problem is the delivery, but customer service was very diligent. Thank you to them.

Just a pity that the presented photo does not match the product. A pouch and a bag apparently lined... we only receive the outer fabric of the bag.

It's a pity that deliveries have become paid regardless of the order amount for professionals... the 10% discount is no longer very useful...

Customer service did not inform me when the product was back in stock. Fortunately for you, I returned to your site.

Perfect order. Delivery a bit long surely due to the current context. Quality fabric.

the fabric is exactly what I expected. However, having ordered a lot of fabrics elsewhere, the package lacks a little something: a thank you card and the fabric is directly in the box without tissue paper, nothing. It's a shame you have beautiful fabrics but you don't showcase them.

Delivery person was late, delivery rushed, probably too eager to meet his girlfriend in the delivery van.

The product was indicated as delivered and I went to the pickup point. It was not there. I had to go back the next day.

Quality of the products, speed of preparation, never disappointed. But the delivery service needs to be reviewed, as it undermines all the speed of the order preparation by systematically announcing a postponed delivery.

The color of the fabric does not match at all, sold as ecru and the fabric arrived pink which of course does not match at all with the yellow color of my walls.

Hello, I am not completely satisfied as my package was slightly opened, probably by a cutter. It did not damage the coupons, but I wonder who wanted to know the contents. This should not happen again with a future order. Best regards.

The fabrics are really great!! The only small downside is that the packaging they arrive in leaves a bit to be desired.

Hello, the lead weight is used to be slipped inside a hem to weigh down your fabric. Don't hesitate to make a slightly tight hem to prevent the lead from moving too much. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

Very happy. Nice projects and gifts ahead! But I would have liked the fabrics that shed fluff to be put in a bag to avoid fluff on the others as well. Very annoying to clean.

Hello,
I ordered ready-to-sew fabric pieces to make pouches, a crib bumper, a sleeping bag, bibs, a pocket organizer (order of 6 ready-to-sew pieces).
I am very surprised and disappointed to find that there are no explanations for carrying out these projects. Only the pieces of fabric to cut.
For the price, I was hoping for a minimum of explanations.

Lack of availability in fabric measurements because I wanted an extra meter but there was no stock left.
Otherwise, nothing to say, very happy with my purchase.

I was not disappointed with my order, with the delivery but when I unpacked and unrolled my fabric there was a big black stain and a few small ones around that I could not clean so I lost the first 50 centimeters. I don't know if you can make a commercial gesture thank you

Very good delivery tracking, merchandise OK, just disappointed not to have been able to get a duplicate item. It must have been automatically removed from the cart, but I did not notice it. So disappointed upon opening the package. Customer service not contacted.

I am very happy with the delivery time, it was indeed very fast. However, I am quite disappointed with the two bamboo coupons I received with writings for mom and friendship; it is damaged and has marks all over the coupon!

I know you are not to blame, but 6 days to reach the post office is really long. Otherwise, good quality bias, well packaged.
