Upon receipt, the fabric was very pretty. I was delighted. But after the first wash, before sewing, the colors faded a lot, and there are white discoloration marks visible. I cannot use the fabric for the kimono. Really a shame.

I didn't like the color of the kit, the beige looks more pink than beige, so I had to order a new kit and this time I took the teddy bears! On the screen, the pattern looked beige but once received, it looks too pink and it's for a baby boy... bad luck....

The issue mentioned concerns the thickness of the wadding, not the color. Indeed, during this period, the supplier compresses the wadding more, which can give a different impression to the touch or to the eye, although the density remains strictly identical. As specified in our previous email, this parameter unfortunately cannot be modified on our side.
Furthermore, we have not been informed of any problem regarding the color of the prints. If you have noticed an anomaly in this regard, please do not hesitate to send us photos so that we can analyze it in more detail.
If the products do not suit you, you have the option to return them. For this, we invite you to contact our customer service by email or by phone.

Sorry but I didn't like the bamboo sponge sample at all. It seems quite fragile to me and I didn't like the black and white. I really appreciated receiving this sample. In fact, I have a hard time finding nice black and white stripes. I need to redo two deck chairs, a tablecloth, and cushions, all for the outdoors. What would you recommend? Thank you, best regards.

Fast delivery, the fabric seems to be of good quality (not yet installed) for a cinema room project, the 15 mm thick wadding is of very good quality. Just a downside regarding the packaging of the fabric in large length (280 cm) which was shipped in a roll but folded in two and this was not specified at the time of purchase, so do not be surprised upon delivery
