Order placed on July 27 and since then (we are on August 12) no news, not even a little email to say there is a delay. No way to reach anyone and on the order tracking it says 'in preparation'. I was never able to place my last order as my credit card was refused by your services even though it had been validated during my sample request. No problem with my bank. So very disappointed. I had ordered one meter of each of my fabrics to make 5 rectangles of 20cm high, but the fabric was not cut straight, so I can only make 4.
