The issue mentioned concerns the thickness of the wadding, not the color. Indeed, during this period, the supplier compresses the wadding more, which can give a different impression to the touch or to the eye, although the density remains strictly identical. Fading can sometimes occur with certain fabrics. One tip is to soak the fabric before sewing in a cold water bath with white vinegar and salt (about 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of salt for 3 to 4 liters of water). This can help set the colors. Let it soak for several hours, then rinse in cold water before washing.
We also advise you to always do a fading test before cutting, especially for very colorful fabrics.

I am a bit disappointed with the presentation of the small gloves in the kit. I have regularly ordered them, but this time, the placement of the pattern on the fabric strip does not take into account the sewing margin.
