Good value for money.
Too bad there isn't much choice in width for satin ribbons.
By closing the store, we will no longer have the opportunity to touch the fabrics

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered to my home. My order was delivered to a parcel pickup point. I could have gone to pick it up if the pickup point had been located less than 320 kilometers from my home!!!! Since then I have had no news about my order.

The quality of the fabrics
You can improve the response time of customer service to emails (1 week later still no response...) and the order preparation time and inform about the shipment of the package.

Kits are rarely available in stores. It's a shame, I have to place an internet order instead of going directly to the store.

The quality of the fabric, the sleeping bag sewing kit lacks explanation even with the tutorial. Also include for the kit the additional items to buy (zipper, snaps....)

The fabric is very good. But I left a comment with a cutting request that was not fulfilled. (Cut 2m into 2x1m) Why offer a box for specific requests if they are not fulfilled (within reason of course)?

Fast delivery. My purchase was just a sample, a bit small for the pattern, good for judging the quality. Regards

The quality of the samples received does not meet my expectations. Velvet too light to recover armchairs. Disappointed with the color. However, I am delighted with the coupon. Too bad it doesn't exist by the meter.
