The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many customers noting fabrics that are true to description, beautiful, and of excellent quality across a range of materials and prints, including customized and canvas options. Delivery stands out as fast and reliable, with multiple mentions of quick delivery and accurate measurements, ensuring items arrive promptly and fit expectations. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through courteous, helpful staff, a user-friendly site, and a smooth ordering experience, with several buyers noting helpful interactions and the ease of ordering and reordering. Overall, customers repeatedly celebrate strong value, clear product representation, and positive purchasing experiences across fabric quality, customization, and delivery.
Paying by PAYPAL was a bit annoying because I had to create an account etc. to be able to pay. I intend to make another order because the prices are interesting. I would like the sections to be easier.

I ordered fabric samples but never received them before the order, it's nice to see. Especially for fabric. Too bad I would have given one more star. For the rest, no issues, packaging okay, deadlines.

As a self-employed person, I need sites like TissusPrice for good quality fabric at a very interesting price. I would like to know if this is possible? My sister ordered a lot of fabric from you.

I am generally satisfied with TissuPrice: professionalism, interesting prices, good quality fabrics, free and fast samples. The only downside is the carrier, issues with being delivered right away.

I ordered an item that was available and which actually was not. It would be good to have up-to-date stock to avoid this kind of surprise.

Fast delivery. No problem... One small downside, one of my fabrics was cut crooked... But really nothing serious.

I was disappointed not to find the same items from one year to the next, which forced me to change the colors of my curtains.. Otherwise, we have always been very well received on the phone,

not enough communication with the customer, for example in my last order I wanted a silver and black checkered fabric but I was delivered a gold and black one with a refund, but if customer service had warned me

For me, it will always be the delivery times (although they are very correct) because I always need everything very quickly.. However, expand your choice of invisible zipper closures and fusible interfacing.

The delivery service leaves something to be desired: lack of communication between the services and the cost of the call is too high. Otherwise, for Tissu-Price it was perfect, nothing to complain about.
