The faux leather received is not the same shade I was hoping for. I had previously requested color samples to be sure of the shade and upon delivery, the shade of the fabric was not as expected. I requested a free return, which was refused... I am very disappointed with the after-sales service of Tissu Price... not even a commercial gesture....

Since then, our supplier of this faux leather has changed, which implies possible variations in shade despite a similar name. As a result, the sample in your possession could unfortunately no longer match exactly the product currently marketed.
This information explains why the delivered shade differs from the expected one and does not allow us to consider this as a non-conformity of the product. That is why we are unable to offer a free return.

I am delighted with your fabrics and patterns as well as the sewing kits, but not at all with your delivery service. I was not informed of the delivery of my package and on top of that, I had to run after my package because it was not delivered where it should have been. That is why I only give 4 stars. Given the amount of my order, I would have liked the delivery person to take the time to ring the bell and have me sign the register as agreed when I placed my order, but in no case to leave it in front of the mailbox, it could have disappeared and my budget gone....
