Delivery was quite fast. The lining is thin. I didn't have to deal with customer service, so I won't rate that.

Hello, Following my order, I was delighted by the speed of delivery. I had a small issue with one of the fabrics, but the after-sales service was very responsive, and everything was sorted out. I still advise requesting samples before placing an order.

The samples are too small to evaluate, for example, the matching on large checks or wide patterns.

Fabrics conform to the description. Delivery correct and respected. Although one would like to have their order already the next day at home, one must be patient. Customer service contacted responds the same day. It's very pleasant, thank you.

The samples were really too small to assess the colors on very colorful models. Otherwise, no issues with the service.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, as indicated by email, your order is indeed available at the pickup point 'Coquelicot' with proof of signature from this point. If they do not provide you with any package, do not hesitate to request a letter attesting to the non-receipt of this package to forward to Colissimo services. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

Fabric received folded (velvet too) mediocre quality.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, our velvet fabrics are sent folded because they do not wrinkle. However, we pay attention to other fabrics that may show crease marks that do not come out, such as our faux leathers, our oilcloths, or our waterproof fabrics. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE

I requested a sample of thermal lining, which is perfect in its presentation, except that it is really very small (6 cm x 6). So it's difficult to appreciate its insulating qualities.
